Philadelphia Roll Bowl
Who’s ready for a deconstructed sushi treat? The Philadelphia Roll Bowl is perfect when you want sushi at home as it combines all the flavors of a Philadelphia roll in one. You have rice, salmon, cream cheese, cucumber, avocado, spicy mayo, soy sauce and sesame seeds. Sushi never looked so good, and it's easy to make too. Sushi lovers: this dish is for you!

Serves 4


Philadelphia Roll Bowl Ingredients

4 salmon fillets, skin removed

3 c white rice cooked

4 oz cream cheese

1 avocado sliced

1/2 cucumber sliced

Spicy mayo for serving

Sesame seeds garnish

GF soy sauce garnish

Wasabi garnish

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste



Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper on both sides and roast 15 mins.

  3. Mix soy sauce and wasabi.

  4. Place a few spoonfuls of rice in bowl and drizzle with soy sauce. Top with salmon, 1 oz cream cheese, cucumber, avocado and spicy mayo. Drizzle with soy sauce and garnish with sesame seeds.
