Wedge salad with all the toppings and steak
You can’t beat a good salad, and this Steakhouse Wedge inspired by Mary's Whole Life hit the spot! Big ole wedge of iceberg with grilled steak, tomato, bacon, and feta; drizzled with cool ranch and scallions over the top. Super easy dinner and healthier too. You can use any cut of steak you like; I happened to have sirloin steaks in the house. Plus the toppings and dressings are interchangeable too based on your preferences. Grab a fork and knife and let’s dig into this wedge.

Ingredients
1 iceberg lettuce, cubed into four
2 tomatoes chopped
8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
4 steaks grilled
Montreal steak seasoning for steak
4 oz feta crumbled
GF ranch dressing drizzling
Scallions garnish
Directions
1. Heat grill.
2. Season steak with Montreal steak seasoning on both sides.
3. Grill to desired temperature. Remove from grill and let rest a few mins. Slice.
4. Place lettuce on plate. Top with tomato, bacon and feta. Place steak along lettuce. Sprinkle with feta.
5. Drizzle with ranch. Sprinkle with scallions.
