Tuna Poke Nachos

The flavors of a tuna poke bowl in the form of nachos

Tuna Poke Nachos

Aloha! Tuna Poke Nachos are on deck and these are inspired from the ones I saw @all.these.foods eating. I’m a sucker for nachos and anytime I can find a new version of them I’m in. These nachos start with the traditional tortilla chip; then comes all the poke ingredients. Here you’ve got marinated tuna, cucumber, avocado, red onion, spicy mayo, wasabi sour cream and cilantro. It’s a foodgasm in your mouth, and you know it’s good when you eat almost the whole tray yourself. If you’re a fan of poke and nachos, this dish is for you. Try out this mashup today!
